Dennis has been a member of the Connecticut Hemophilia Society board of directors since 2011 and served as the board president since 2012.
Dennis has been involved in the bleeding disorders community for over 20 years. He is a member and active contributor to organizations such as The Hemophilia Federation of America (HFA), where he rides in the Gears for Good bicycle fund raisers and by being a contributor in their Dads in Action programs. Dennis has been a part of the New England Hemophilia Association (NEHA) Family Camp as a contributor in the Leaders in Training and Adventure Clubs. He has been Santa for both NEHA and CHS holiday parties for many years with no plans of stopping.
For the past 25 years, Dennis has worked as a carpenter. He lives in northern Connecticut with his son, Sean. Sean was born with severe hemophilia in 1995.
